Concert avec Combo'céan : tribute to Thelonious Monk

Every Saturday in July and August, the bandstand hosts a Tribute Band (or Cover Band) concert. These bands specialize in covers of famous bands (tribute to Queen, to AC/DC, to Pink Floyd...) or of a particular period (Tribute to the 80s...).

COMBO'CEAN - Comprising nine musicians. Trumpet, saxophone, alto, tenor, clarinet, trombone, piano, guitar, drums, bass and singer. Hailing from both the south of the Landes and the north of the Basque country, CombO'céan does everything in its power to satisfy the pleasure of playing together, and it shows, as well as offering its audience a repertoire as diverse as it is original. They draw on the diverse influences that have marked the history of jazz. Monk may be his favorite influence, but there are many others. You'll find the emblematic Parker, Miles, Coltrane, Rollins, Mingus...
