Located not far from the center of the village of Urrugne, the "Les ateliers de Lolo" laboratory is a place where home cooking takes on its full meaning. At the crossroads of authenticity and conviviality, you'll rediscover the joys of home cooking. The workshop begins with a theoretical introduction to health and safety rules and the technical basics of the chosen workshop. Then it's on to the practical side, where you'll have the chance to put your new culinary skills to the test. Finally, each workshop ends with a convivial tasting of your creations. We provide everything you need for your culinary apprenticeship (raw materials and clothing). You'll leave with new skills, a technical summary and, of course, your own creation of the day.
